New appointment for Jon Kelly

March 27, 2018 News & Opinion

Wood for Trees is delighted to announce that Jon Kelly has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of Wood for Trees.

As many of you will know, Jon has been with the business virtually from the start and has helped to establish a strong reputation for powerful and hugely effective analytical work on behalf of our clients.

As Deputy MD, Jon will continue this exceptional work by taking on a broader remit across the whole business. He assumes overall responsibility for the systems and solutions team, as well as leading the client delivery team. As a result, Wood for Trees as a whole, and particularly our clients, will benefit from his in-depth knowledge of the charity market, his well-honed and sometimes frankly bewildering analytical skills and – vitally – his pragmatic understanding of what actually works for fundraisers.

In Jon’s own words:

“My aim and focus will be to work with each of our clients to ensure they continue to receive the best solutions to improve fundraising or organisational performance. Increasingly, as technology develops, providing actionable and impactful insight is about the data solutions and architecture underlying the analytics and it is more and more important to leverage the skills of system developers, data analysts and data scientists to deliver data solutions that will make a real difference to the charities we work with and the communities they serve. This will be my aim and focus over the coming months and years. I also looking forward to catching up with all of our clients and enjoying a few beers/wines in the near future!”

J Cromack, Chief Commercial Officer of Wood for Trees parent company MyLife Digital, said: “I’m certainly looking forward to working with Jon as he leads the next phase of exciting developments at Wood for Trees. I hope you will congratulate Jon on his new promotion as I personally feel the Wood for Trees business and reputation will be in very good hands”.
